Description

Tabling reservations must be made 3 days prior to the event date. To see available times, click on the "Next Available" button. Single or multiple day views can also be changed by selecting the "Day" or "Week" view button. Reservations can be placed up to 90 days ahead of time, to see a monthly calendar click the "Go To Date" button below.

Reservation requests will automatically choose the 4-hour daily (8-hour monthly) max tabling duration when the start time is selected but you may adjust the duration using the drop down menu after selecting a day and time.

Tabling is only available during open hours. Please refer to the library's website for information on the Shapiro hours. 

If you would like to display a digital sign during your reservation, please follow our digital signage guidelines and email your files to LibraryDigitalSigns@umich.edu at least 3 days prior to your reservation.
